Land Cruiser Club Southern Africa Saamtrek September 2012

We have just returned from a weekend away with The Land Cruiser Club where about a hundred vehicles participated in a weekend where there was a choice of activities to enjoy. The venue was Moolmanshoek in the Free State where there are a number of lovely 4x4 drives. The memorable thing is always the horses that are ridden ahead so the gates can be opened and closed between the various camps. Some places on the trails require technical skills and the route we rode on had a few very interesting sections.

It was cold.

The first night was freezing. It warmed up but the nights remained cold. Hence the blue background brrrrr!

We enjoyed meeting lots of our friends again and making some new ones.
